Bee using this bike for two weeks and it’s a keeper for me.
As advertised: weight, belt drive, internal gear hub, hydraulic disc brakes
Pros: well packaged, easy to put together, low maintenance
Cons: hard seat, narrow gear range
Be careful: I got a small because my 30” inseam and still wish it was a little smaller
Overall I am happy with the purchase look forward to years of low maintenance use.
Love the bile great ride. Had a few small issues which where resolved easily with customer service. Great job Steve thank you!!!
I recently purchased this bike, it was easy to assemble but some shortcuts were taken in the manufacturing. First, the seat and pedals supplied with the bike are cheap and the seat is very uncomfortable, those were promptly replaced. The biggest flaw is that the rear dropouts are not adjustable, so if you need to adjust the tension of the Gates Belt drive good luck. Mine was over-tensioned during delivery, an over-tensioned belt can lead to excessive wear on the belt and front and rear bearings. To adjust the tension you have to loosen both of the rear wheel bolts and through a frustrating series of minor adjustments and re-adjustments tighten everything back down ensuring that the wheel, belt, and brakes are back in alignment. The vast majority of belt-drive bikes have set screws and adjustable rear dropouts that allow fine adjustment, but this bike does not.
Great city bike for my son. This is a low maintenance bike with enough gears for city biking. Fun to ride because it's light and quick.
Hi Dennis,

Use this bike daily to get to work and run errands. Great bike!
